Ingredients:
- 5-6 medium sized ripe pears (more or less depending on the size of the pear)
- A teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- A teaspoon of corn starch
- Juice of a half lime or lemon
- 80 grams of lain flour
- 60 grams of almond flour or ground almond
- 100 grams of sugar
- 60 grams of butter
- 80-100 grams of almond flakes
Step by Step Instructions:
- Start by peeling the pears.


2. Chop the pears in desired shapes and spread them in a pan of choice. Sprinkle the cinnamon and add the lemon juice.


3. Add cornstarch and mix everything together.


4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, ground almond, sugar and butter. Vanilla sugar can be added additionally for more flavors. Mix by rubbing everything together with your fingers till you get a coarse breadcrumb texture.


5. Spread the crumble topping over the chopped pears making sure to cover everything properly. Sprinkle the almond flakes .
Bake for 25-30 minutes. This depends on how brown you like your crumble.
